The most up to date guidance in relation to Covid 19 has recently changed.

We are now able to go back to how we were working before the pandemic. From Monday 13th June patients are no longer required to wear a face mask in the practice. Staff are only required to wear a mask in clinical areas when treating patients. However, we feel that it is up to the individual so you may see staff members still choosing to wear a mask in reception and you are very welcome to wear one if you prefer to do so.

Masks are available in reception if you wish to wear one.

We no longer require you to complete the health screening questionnaire via the portal but we are continuing to ask you to complete your other forms before you arrive at the practice.

Please DO NOT attend if you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms, please call the practice so we can discuss this with you.

We may need to review this policy if case numbers increase again or our guidelines change. We endeavour to keep you updated.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support and patience during the pandemic and we look forward to seeing your smiles again soon!

Yours sincerely,

Bax Dental Team
