We offer appointments from 8am until 7pm in the evening.
We ensure all patients take their next appointments with them and a
couple of days before the appointment, we can either telephone,
text or email a reminder by the method of your preference.

Reception hours vary. The surgery closes for lunch 12pm - 1pm early
week and 2pm - 3 pm late week.
Emergencies
We schedule emergency slots daily to ensure we can offer our patients emergency treatment. Please telephone the practice as early as possible on 01625 613322.
Cancellations
We ask patients to cancel their appointments with a reasonable time to ensure we can fill the appointment. For long appointments cancelled less than 24hrs notice a charge will be incurred.
New Patients
We welcome new patients at Bax Dental, from children attending their first dental appointment to patients requiring a full mouth rehabilitation.
On making the initial consultation, we ask for a £30.00 deposit to secure the appointment. In the event of failing to attend the appointment the £30.00 is non-refundable and covers the surgery costs. If treatment is required you will be provided with a written estimate with the option of joining the practice plan. The initial consultation fee will be waved on joining.

Payment Methods
Cash, cheque and credit cards are accepted. We do ask for payment to be made as treatment is carried out on the same day.
