Kate qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Liverpool in 2004 with Distinction and joined the team at Bax Dental in 2005.

Kate has continued to develop her academic skills studying further with a BSC (Hons) in Dental Studies from UCLan, a PG Dip in Positive Health (merit) and a Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine (distinction).

Kate has also been involved with the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy, where she currently holds position of Chair for the northwest regional group.

Kate has an interest in treating patients with more advanced periodontal disease with non-surgical periodontal therapy and supporting patients throughout their implant journey. Kate believes a dental hygienist plays an important role in educating patients on how to care for their own mouths and understand the benefits this can have on their overall health.

Kate is married with two children and enjoys spending her time with her family and their dog.
