New Patients
We are happy to accept new patients on our dental plan or as fee paying private patients. We take referrals from dentists or self-referrals for implant treatment. Please contact the practice for a fee scale and advice on consultation charges.
Please note: New patients will be asked to pay a £90.00 non-refundable deposit before booking their first appointment.

Emergencies
We schedule emergency slots daily to ensure we can offer our patients emergency treatment. Please telephone the practice as early as possible on 01625 613322. Please call the same number for out of hours arrangements.
Cancellations
Please note that failure to attend an appointment or giving inadequate notice of cancellation (i.e less than 48hrs) means that we are unable to offer the appointment to other patients and therefore a charge will be incurred.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 01625 613322 and we will endeavour to rearrange your appointments.
Patients missing or cancelling appointments at short notice may not be offered routine appointments again or may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking a new appointment.
Dental plan patients
For those patients that are on the dental plan, if you miss or cancel (less than 48hrs) a routine appointment (i.e. exam, hygienist) you will have to wait until your next routine appointment. If you miss or cancel an appointment for treatment, then you will be charged a private fee.
Private patients
For those patients who pay for their treatment on a pay as you go basis, if you miss an appointment or give less than 48hrs notice you will be charged depending on time of the appointment missed. A further appointment will not be made until the failed charge is settled.
